A Good Place to Work !!

Magid Al Futtaim (MAF) Dalkia is an interesting place to work. My friend and i had a chance to visit the company that is located in City Centre. we had an interview with the HR Manger. its a joint corporate company with 70 years of experience.

Since i worked at a retail store for Majid al Futtaim 2 years back, i have a good idea of what they have to offer. I liked most was what they have to offer to their employees to make sure that they are entertained and don't get bored at all times. Its a friendly environment in the company with many different departments.

The new two departments i came to find out about was:
•Quality, Health & Safety Department, which emphasises on the importance of health and safety off and on the sites they work at and making sure that they are provided with good quality of equipments and machinery
•Sustainable Energy Management Department, which basically deals making sure that energy are used efficiently and not to waste.
I liked the fact that the company was open to talk to us about some if the issues that they have faced and that no layoffs have been taken part during the recession and they are still recruiting.

Intergrated Promotional Plan

Its been a while since i last blogged, i have been really busy with college tasks and assignments that are due one week after the other.

I got my latest assignment to do, which my team and i need to work on a promotional plan for a business organization of our choice. I thought that this was exciting, because we get to be creative and use other skills than what we usually do for any other assignments,we haven't decided on what company to plan for, but most likely is our client of Arabian Centre that we have done work for. we should consider 5 promotional techniques that we thing could be most effective and appropriate.
